What are your pet peeve(s)?

Your comment reminds me of a coworker I once had. His index finger had been cut off in an accident, at the second knuckle.
Oftentimes when we were in public places he liked to put the stub of his finger up against the bottom of his nose and bulge one eye out. This made it look like he had about two inches of finger up his nose. It really freaked people out to see him do that. He thought it was hilarious! So did we!
