I believe that any of those things are possible, but I also believe strongly that it doesn't matter at all and it's not worth thinking about.
If there really is some sort of higher power that created the universe then it doesn't give a fuck what anyone does because it's of a completely different nature to us in a fundamental way. It probably barely registers humans as living creatures. It's just there. Why would it give a fuck about us or anything that we do?
