What are some strategies you would use to ask this guy out?

if he isn't into you than don't let it get you down. it happens to everybody. maintain your self esteem and carry on. i troll the fuck outta this site so you are honestly lucky to be hearing my advice right now. i just feel like being serious atm. just be yourself, act casual try and get his number and start it off slow like go out for dinner or something whatever you do don't be so willing unless you wanna come off as like you just wanna get some dick.. and if it wasn't meant to be than move on and forget that nigga. belive that you can do better.
