What are some natural ways to reduce back/shoulder pain from anxiety?

I have terrible anxiety that leads me to tense a lot of my muscles. I have gotten massages before but it doesn't help any, as this tensing from anxiety is just about every day. I have taken Klonopin once before and it helped tremendously but I was unaware of the terrible side effects. Also I rather not go on pills and I currently don't have health insurance.
