What am i supposed to do now?

I would like some help on what I should do. I'm very stuck, and completely confused. This story is 100% true. So, here it is. Me and this girl dated for a few years, about two. We broke up last year, and yet I still love her and I believe she's moved on, yet i'm to afriad of rejection to act upon this.. I think about her everyday, I wrote her a letter expessing how I felt, and she is always on my mind. What am I supposed to do now? Am I supposed to move on? Let her go? Keep trying? I'm so confused... Any help?

If she has moved on, you do just have to let her go. She is aware of how you feel, through your letter. If you get no undication that she wants to get back with you, there is nothing you can do but to move on yourself. Your feelings towards her will change over time...
    Best wishes...

if she doesnt respond to your letter move on. Love is a special thing. People are lucky to of at least have it once. Its hard getting over people and you cant just jump out of something and immediatly fall in love again with someone else. You will find another girl adventually who is everything and more but it takes time. Spend time focussing on yourself and finding things that make you happy, then the women of your dreams with be drawn to you.

It's simple, but painful. If she's moved on, you also need to. Yes, you may have feelings and hope they will come to something. They won't. Move on. As quickly as humanly possible.
