    WOW! what a question. Pretty much, Don't trust anyone or anything. Yes, your parents are emotionally and intellectually stunted drunks. Yes your brother will take care of himself first. Leave immediately and go into foster care. At least there you will have a chance of a normal life.

    2)before you go on your first boy scout camping trip, learn to identify poison ivy and don't use it for toilet paper
