I would guess that what happened is that you trained yourself to pee, at a very young age, whenever you got spanked. I suspect you need to strengthen your PC muscles, learn to isolate those muscles that control the bladder, and "retrain" yourself to squeeze the right muscles, whenever you get spanked.
