    Contact a dermatologist. For scabies a full body topical treatment with permethrin cream is usually effective. Also disinfect all your bedding(soak them in hot water and a disinfectant)

      I’ve done this several times and have had the oral Rx ivermectin a couple times which kills everything but this keeps coming back
