It sounds different...but I think it has been happening to me too recently. I cracked open a door to some part of my mind and now I want to open it all the way. My experience seems a little different but still related. I get serious sensations in my body of experiencing very feral things--it is kinda hard to explain without sounding like I'm totally making it up(or crazy). Things like open fields, dark jungles, running, hunting, claws in the ground kind of sensations. I can't imagine a doctor would tell you it was anything more than an overactive imagination. The brain is very powerful. But jeez, it could be a tumor for all I know :P
I have been experiencing the same. I would be doing nothing but I'd have to look at something. Like a lighting or color then a flashback of some random house. I don't know but I try my best to keep thinking about that. But I guess to go see a doctor.
