    My nightmare shocked me...
    I get multiple nightmares at night

    But yesterday's scary
    U know white cat. Started stalking me then entered in my room jumped on me we fell down I started choking cat and cat started choking me badly very badly I got vibration in my head and teeth I thought I'm going to have panicked attack and I woke up. Scared
    I love cats btw

      Ive had similar dreams where I hurt someone that I would never want to hurt for real, maybe you feel guilty about something (maybe I do too)
