Weird al vs. the lonely island

The only Lonely Island song I even slightly chuckled at was "Like A Boss". The rest of their songs? NO WAY. I think Weird Al is better by a long shot.

I never really thought to compare them. They're both awesome. I haven't listened to Weird Al in a while but Amish Paradise was always a fave of mine among others like I'm fat. Lonely Island cracks me up as well though with the songs I just had sex, the golden rule, and of course Lazy Sunday (mr. pibb and red vines equals crazy delicious) ha!
Weird Al does mostly parodies though while Lonely Island comes up with their own licks.

I only like one song/video by The Lonley Island, and we all know which one that is (it is hilarious to me though, if a bit old). I like a lot of Weird Al's stuff, especially White and Nerdy. Weird Al wins for me.

I fucking love the Lonely Island, those guys are hilarious and hot and in a dorky kind of way. "No homo."

They are both really good but I LOVE the lonely island better.

Weird Al is winning by a lot more than I thought he would.

They're to different to compare. I like both, but for differenmt reasons.

Much respect for Wierd Al. And much respect to Lonely Island for being themselves and doing what they do for what appears to be a genuine enjoyment and love of the music and hilarity.

I thought 'Puke In My Mouth' [a female version of 'Jizz In My Pants'] was pretty clever.

Never heard of them, I'll have to have a look.

Personally I prefer Yolunda by Lisa Gerrard or Voice of My Ancestors by Sheila Chandra, both very weird but definitely not funny.
