  • I think you're seeing yourself get thinner and therefor you're continuing the "routine" and still dieting. I'm 5'8, 27 yrs old, and I know what 120lbs looks like because I've been there. Hell, I developed an eating disorder when I was 20 yrs old and got down to a sick weight of 87lbs! But! I know that 120 is still too skinny. You fall in the abnormal category on the BMI scale. You are going to have health risks with being too thin (it happens at both ends of the weight spectrum). Plus, those models do not necessarily love their lives and, do you think any man wants to pound a bag of bones? No. Most guys want a valuptuous(?) woman...with tits and ass. If you're losing either of these please please please get out of your diet routine! Trust me - no one wants to be with a skeleton. And models do not live glamorous lives - there's pressure, eating disorders, and drugs that hollywood or whoever doesn't tell you about. You have to know by now that all media show you want they want to show you - not the ugly truth behind it.

    • Thanks for the advice. Wow, 87lbs!? That's scary. That's my mom's weight, but she's 5'0" so it's not nearly as bad. Anyway yeah I have been told I'm losing my butt, and I went down a whole cup size in the chest :( So I think it's time to start eating regularly again. Though I'm still gonna exercise cause that's important, no matter what! Thanks again, and have a great day :)

      • You're very welcome. Also, chest presses and lunges are going to do you good.
