    I will volunteer.

    They will have to pay a fine and be forced to wear dark baggy clothing that covers their head and butt, so they appear more like shapeless zombies.

    If they don't agree, the Modesty Police will be called to force them to submit and/or lock them up.

    Sound familiar?

    This kind of thing actually happens in certain backward countries.

      Like the USA? There are plenty of towns where hip hop type clothes are a fine or jail. And other equally idiotic laws.
