I didn't mean it as a law, but as a sort of unofficial standard that will become widespread throughout the population.
Good luck getting a large number of human beings to agree on something as important as polluting the only planet they have to live on, let alone something like this!
I will volunteer.
They will have to pay a fine and be forced to wear dark baggy clothing that covers their head and butt, so they appear more like shapeless zombies.
If they don't agree, the Modesty Police will be called to force them to submit and/or lock them up.
Sound familiar?
This kind of thing actually happens in certain backward countries.
Like the USA? There are plenty of towns where hip hop type clothes are a fine or jail. And other equally idiotic laws.
