  • I'm sorry you're wrong reps from 10 to 20 will give you size I am personal friends with zinjun croon a professional bodybuilder he couldn't tell you what his max is and neither can most bodybuilders they lift high to mid range reps that's a fact. Don't give bad advice please

      I honestly haven't 'worked out' for a very long time, but when I did, that worked well for me.

      Honestly though...

      Which is going to build -muscle-faster, a lot of reps with less weight, or less reps with more weight?

      • Less weight more reps builds larger muscles maxing out is mostly about ego and creates a much higher risk for injury
