I suppose if you're a very clean person and you have smaller boobs... I don't mean that in a rude way but since I'm a bit more chesty, I have to wash my bras after wearing them for a couple days (up to a week, max), to bring back the "spring" in them.
Though, honestly, I'm a fairly clean person and I still think it's a little gross to wear something that's right next to your skin for that long. After all, even if it appears clean, it's still probably full of dead skin since we shed skin all day.
