Sounds like a fetish for trash in germs.

I like to take said plastic bags, fill them with da poo-poo and throw them into my neighbor's open windows.

AFTER you use them?!? Blah! I would say this is not normal, but sure you can keep doing that stuff.. If that's what you like!

Wearing plastic bags is ok but, to save embarrassment if you plan to wear a clear one make sure you're wearing something over it.

Clear bags are more see-through than other colours.
