We should tax the hell out of parents. Let me explain this first

    They should limit the child births in those countries or areas. I'm all for mass slaughter. If it helps end worlds problems go for it.

      Mass slaughter is not going to fix the poor half of Africa! However having more Aid kids is not helping anyone. They are just creating more suffering. They barely have food for the adults and to bring more sick children into the world? Its not helping things.

          You can not just kill Baby Africans! No one would ever agree with that and killing children is cruel isn't it? Sick or not? Also the population is already dying. Most of that area is sick and starving. Kind of the point of the US sending food and money. Till it gets snatched away by the gangsters up in Africa that hoard everything for themselves while the sick and poor starve and die. Which some people new already but it took awhile for them to actually make reports saying "Africa is not getting the food it is being stolen by thugs".
