    I am British and have never seen flouride free toothpaste? I've only ever known the regular flouride filled stuff.

    Although I know that a very tiny percentage of people are allergic to flouride so I guess that someone somewhere must make it or those poor sods wouldn't be able to brush their teeth.

        It's probably just a joke about British people having bad teeth. Although actually our dental health is really good compared to a lot of countries so I'm not sure where that reputation comes from
