Australian tap water is full of lead so I was advised by my midwife to only drink bottled or filtered. May have to start drinking the flouride stuff if it chills you out though, I can't drink or smoke weed while I'm pregnant so it might do me some good.
What rubbish. Australian tap water only contains lead if it comes through lead pipes. Check out where your "pure" bought water comes from: probably out of a tap anyway. Bottled water is one of the biggest ripoffs around.
My bottled water comes from a spring in the snowy mountains, apparently. I enjoyed the time I spent there. The water was delicious. It was basically melted snow.
And the filtered water I drink is filtered by me at home in one of those shitty target water filters. I doubt it has the capacity to filter out lead but hey, at least I'm trying.
