When it comes to blacks my wife and me only trust the lighter-skinned ones. The poorly educated dark ones need to be watched and controlled. There are some exceptions we know (like say, Michele Obama), but those are few and far in between. Of course all blacks need to be controlled. Isn't that normal?

I kind of agree with but I'm not racist. A lighter skinned black person means they're more mixed and mixing doesn't only affect a person's appearance but also their mental state of being, their character. So a black person who is more mixed will start showing more character or personality traits of a white person.
