I don't watch a lot of it, though, since regular live porn tends to be more extreme and more enticing, since they often try less to have some kind of story. The only way hentai can compete is by being less realistic, but eventually the novelty of tentacles and futas wears off and the lack of visual quality begins to bother you. I still go back to it sometimes, though, since sometimes I'm in the mood for what's not possible.
