Watching an old movie and a line in it offended me?

There's a movie for 15 years ago and it takes place in a high school and one of the students (who is really 25 in real life at the time it's filmed but is playing 17 year old) says to her teacher "youre an old lady what do you know".

Her teacher is 30 years old.

It just made me feel so old...im almost 30..so maybe teens see me a 28 year old as old?

First off you should stop being a overly sensitive pussy. Secondly it’s normal for young people to think anyone 20 years older than them is old. It’s common and most grow out of it. It’s also common for old people to look down on the younger generation. Everyone thinks they are better than everyone else and they are all shit.

That's an ok post up to the last sentence, which is just a lazy and stupid generalization. "Everyone?"

Offended by a line in a movie? I'm guessing you get offended a lot. Maybe you didn't mean to use the word Offended, maybe you meant to say it made you sad and self-conscious.

Maybe you shouldn't watch films anymore.
