Was the man or woman in the right?

This woman was saying that she was at a party. Had a lot to drink and was just laying on the sofa with her legs bent up so a guy could sleep on the lower half of the sofa.

That meant his head was near her ass. She said she suddenly had to fart super bad and told him he might want to move because she is going to push some farts out. He just laughed and did not move and she went ahead and farted right next to his nose.

This is what she said actually happened. If you can't answer this question without being mature enough to not make assumptions then don't bother answering at all. Please no mean comments but who do you think was right and wrong?
