In the last 30 years I have seen and heard of many various reactions to smoking pot. My first question would be what other health issues do you have? Each of us react differently to the chemicals in weed just as each medical condition will. For me, my skin doesn't get warm exactly but, my fingertips don't get freezing cold like normal. I don't get high when I smoke but, it does help ease the joint pain and allow me to function. Cannabis is an herbal medicine and, if treated as such, can be an invaluable resource to a large part of the population.
What it boils down to is you. If it bothers you then don't smoke. If you are okay with it then don't worry about it. Smoke on, my friend.
Thanks for your reply. I really don't have any MAJOR health issues, other than mental illnesses (which I keep under control) and low blood pressure. I don't mind the warm skin. Sometimes I enjoy it cause it actually warms me up. I'm cold most of the time :(
