If someone is doing What They Want To Do, and are HAPPY, i see no failings or "ruins".
Also, who can you "believe in" and see fail...more than yourself? Its easy to say the crackhead on the corner is failing, but you've probably come up short, and failed yourself just as much as he has........and the difference was, you lived every experience you had in which you failed yourself.
Wanting to believe in people, then seeing them fail in life.
