Wanting more

What would you say to someone who wants to start a business, but doesn't know what to start? Wants to write something, but hits a brick wall the minute they sit down? Wants to be something more , and not just for material gain? Wants to do something creative and stand on it... But is completely blank... ? Blank...

I'd tell them that they need to push through the pain. Make a real effort, struggle and suffer. If you can do this, you can have and be almost anything.

i have never wanted to start a business i want to use my ideas to create jobs for others but i will hire someone to do all the business shit like bookkeeping, taxes, medical care , payroll, customer service, sales, the boring shit the useless shit they train college kids to do. That sort of thing just sucks the life out of normal people. are you sure you want to run a business? why?

Yep, in my experience, surrounding yourself with like minded people will push you and inspire you or even if you're lending a hand to someone else's project... Just dont ask me how to find these people!

I'd say that they haven't yet stumbled upon the one thing in the world that brings them joy. There's no shame in that. Many people never manage to identify their true life's purpose.

I'd also remind them of the saying, "The best is the enemy of the good". If one is never satisfied with anything less than perfection, that will very effectively stop them from doing anything, because absolutely nothing is perfect. Very often, "good enough" is all that you need to be.
