  • Dead-azz, just go for a lot of walks (3-5 miles), workout a lot, drink a lot of water, daily, fasting optional (less optional if you're over-weight thus can stand to lose a few) you will reduce your period by at least 50% unless you have a physical illness related to it. Any one of these methods is considered completely normal (unless you dabble in mental illness), so adjust intensity to your desired results. But, this sounds more like a cry for help so I doubt you will take the disciplined route.
