I understand how you feel. I come up with good ideas to improve workflow and do all kinds of projects. Then the higher ups love it and my boss takes all the credit for everything. I've actually heard her tell them she did it all. She will also shoot down my ideas and then the next day go around telling everyone about her wonderful idea.. and it's exactly what I told her the day before! She does it to other people in our unit too. I have just been putting up with it but now I'm interviewing for a job that is equal to her in another unit.
