Why don't you try and use condoms for christ sake or abstain from sex for a bit you animal. I respect your decision but unless you live in a third world country the world isn't that bad.

I think if they refuse to do it on young adult women that kind of defeats the whole point. You should be allowed to choose once you're an adult but sadly that's not the case

the only reasons why they are delaying it is because once u tie them u can never get them back. they want you to make sure so you dont regrette the tube tieing

I totally agree. I don't want kids and couldn't imagine otherwise. I want to get "fixed" too. But, that will have to come later on. I don't have sex often. So, I don't have to worry having an "accident".

I totally agree with you. Raising a kid in this world is a stupid idea. And yeah a lot of places will deny you that surgery. I guess you will just have to stay careful until you are old enough for them to do it.

Without having kids you will do good get your tubes in your early 30's. I'm in the same boat you are, I have good health insurance and desperately want to be sterilized but no will do it because I don't have children already. There are women my age that have their tubes tied but only after having 2 + kids. I'm 28 BTW. I hear the same nonsense you do "oh you'll change your mind" "babies are beautiful" "it doesn't hurt that bad" My sex life is great I am super attracted my boyfriend why would I want to jeopardize that by getting my baby box all stretched out and risk sex not feeling as good anymore? It is an established fact that the birth of a child negatively impacts the quality of a couples relationship. Our planet has a dangerous population problem. Why on earth would I want to procreate?

you are normal to feel the way you do, but don't expect much support for your view. that's just the way it is. i applaud you though.

yeah but you're still pretty young and may not feel that way when you're older. It's better to just use protection and if something happens get an abortion rather than to commit to something like that, plus I hear it's not a perfectly safe operation, much more risky than a male vasectomy.
