I walk crazy fast. I'm always in a hurry on foot. But I don't speed in my car. It's not safe. I'd love to gun it if there was no laws, and the lives of others as well as myself wasn't going to be at risk. But even then I wouldn't do it all the time.
Driving is much faster than walking, so don't take it for granted.
