When in my twenties I did about six Brighton to London charity walks, It's 65 miles, took around twenty hours.
When I based myself here (Pattaya) in my late thirties I did a walk from Bangkok to Pattaya (85 miles.) That took 2 days as we were stopping to collect money as we went.
I'm now in my 70's and still walk miles.
