You are probably just too busy trying to see if his social status is as high as yours and really care what others think if they see him and you together. If your parents and brother dont like him then its not a good idea to be with him.If they dont like him its more than likely for a good reason(ex.he may seem like a cheater or someone that might hurt u later on,he may seem like a troublemaker,etc,etc,only they know why they dont like him) and its better to not be together if its going to be that way but that is just my 3 cents.haha
