Your English is fine. Better than some of the people in my own country and I actually am English. As for your question, perfection isn't really out there. Because we sometimes go into relationships (and marriages) expecting perfection, it's inevitable we'll be disappointed.
You shouldn't stick with someone who isn't right for you, but if you find someone you can make a life with (despite occasional problems and the judgements of other people), then it's worth sticking with.
