Voices of past abusers wake me up at night

This only occurs sometimes, but people who abused me when I was a child wake me up at night and literally try to kill with what they are saying. It is mostly the wife of an older man who molested me when I was a child, and I can talk back but it takes so much energy. Its like telepathy but really disgusting.
