It's good that you're not self-conscious and she's apparently happy about you being vocal. Lots of women have huge hangups about how their vagina looks, smells, and tastes, so anything you can do to let her know you like it has to be positive for her self-image. That's good for her and good for you, since sex with women who are comfortable with their bodies is much better than with women who aren't.
Lots of women find dirty talk during sex hot. If you don't do that, you might try. However, it would be a good idea to run a list of dirty words by her beforehand in a non-sexual moment and find out which she finds hot, and which she doesn't. I do not get why women would be worried about their vagina's smell, taste, look, whatever. It is buried under at least two layers of clothing usually AND in a dark, warm spot. It ain't gonna be in the best shape.
