    Why don't you apply for the position?
    Pope Benedict XVI is resigning, and they're looking for a new one at the Vatican!

      Nah, I'm not interested in that type of career path... you could sign up for it instead... you seem to enjoy telling others how to live their lives.

        I am not "telling" anyone how to live their life.

        I am informing some of them, that should they continue to live their life in the way(s) they currently are, this will result in the collapse of Civilisation as we know it, and quite possibly the end of all life on Planet Earth, in short order.

            For the umpteenth time, I AM NOT *COMMANDING* ANYONE!!!

            Synonym discussion: command, order, bid, enjoin, direct, instruct and charge mean to issue orders. Command and order imply authority and usually some degree of formality and impersonality. Command stresses official exercise of authority.

            I am not either an 'official' or an absolute 'authority' on anything, although I am very knowledgeable on many things.

            Is there any part of this, that you don't understand?

            Because you might be ignorant of the facts, does not make me a 'commander'.
