It depends lol. I'm a screamer sometimes but I cannot help it :-p Blame that one on my man hehe. But just do whatever feels right. For me, the more intense things feel the louder I get, and if I try to be quiet it kind of kills my orgasm sometimes. My guy smirks when I get real loud lol but I can't help it cuz it feels good. But if you aren't loud then don't fake it.
