  • I agree with RoseIsabella's comment about waiting until this has proven likely safe.

    This is not the normal vaccine approval process with takes a minimum of 6 months of data after phase III trials are over for each population segment to look for adverse reactions.

    The "Emergency" approval rules for a Covid-19 Vaccine is based on just 2 months after Phase III trials for a population group, according the the news published weeks ago from the CDC.

    While I hope it works; lots of poeople could end up with serious side effects (including death). There has been a somewhat recent example of that when I understand a French developed vaccine was use in The Philippines for a certain disease outbreak I think 5 years ago that turned out to have a significant death rate for younger people, and left many more with life long significant health issues.

    There are reasons that a normal vaccine development takes at least 4 years (and some diseases have had vaccines under development for decades that have never passed the safety standards).

    So, I'm in no rush to use an improperly safety tested vaccine.
