For going faster in the shower , i put shampoo and conditioner at same time

    If you are looking for the very best results. NO - use them separately.

    If you are just looking for average wash, condition, rinse then it does not make a lot of difference. That is why there are the 2 in 1 shampoo & conditioner products.

    For best results wash and rinse really well. Condition well. Put on hair bag, and sit with hair in a heat helmet (like the salons have for 20-30 minutes). Your hair will look stunning.

    My wife has one of those hair heat helmets in our house. It's effects are amazing.

    Since you can also get hair products that are a 2-in-1 shampoo and conditioner, I don't see why not...

      oh so it dont wash better than using shampoo , washing , cleaning then same thing in conditioner? i didnt know that
