Urgent: image translation

What is a good place on the internet to upload an image of an item that tells you what it is, Im thinking of like a search tool engine, Google images does not seem to work for me because it used to have that option where you could just upload a pic but now its not there (I guess my phone is crap) the main thing is that the item includes translation because it has symbols in it like Japanese/Chinese. I just hope that there is a tool or something somewhere out there on the net where its just me and the intellegence of internet, not a site like fb where I have to post a pic and wait for help.
