I need a solution obviously. No one gives a fuck about my feelings or well being. I was kicked at 18 and loved on my own struggling everyday. I tried being a prostitute but not sure how ta find clients. Also I not sure they really buy plasma here anymore. I think its all donations. My job doesn't offer overtime ever. I already cook at the hotel now. I already trying get a second job but we just went into code purple so on the verge of shutting down again.
Blood is donated, plasma is bought, unless you're not in America? Even if you're not in America I would think you would find it worthwhile to like check
I think OnlyFans would be better than being a full on prostitute, you used to be able to go on BackPage to be an escort
Your current job not offering overtime doesn't exclude you from looking for a second job or finding a job that works for you
Like I stated I am looking for another job, but we are on code purple and so most of the places have put on freeze on hiring. Corona has fucked up a lot of businesses right now and my state is on the verge of shut down at the moment. Right now is not a good time to be looking for work.
Under that stipulation I think your smartest move is to just lay low for a while
Don't spend too much, pay your bills, buy food that won't piss your landlords off (maybe frozen food you can just toss in the oven?) and try to save if you can
Maybe consciously act threatened or whatever around them, that might give them their satisfaction while saving your sanity, like giving a screaming infant some milk or a pacifier. I'm pretty neutral, I usually just say okay if someone tells me something I don't like.
I don't know what code purple means, but I would hope you are intelligently assessing the risks. What would happen if you got fired tomorrow? How did you find this job? Small businesses may be hurting, but some really well established chains are maintaining business. I mean it just really seems to suck, you live with what I'm assuming are narcissists and your options are critically limited. Have you been homeless before? Winters coming for the Northern Hemisphere. I've been in your shoes with problems that can't seem to be solved, you either cave in or develop tremendously (kinda like a roller coaster with ups and downs in the bigger picture)
I been working family owned businesses within the same plaza. This plaza is biking/walking distance from my current place. My current job adores me and likely ill be promoted fast since they never have complaints. I was a lead and manager at my old jobs but they were all temporary. I could realistically walk out tommorow and live at the plaza with the homeless. But I not sure how boss would view this. My boss right now is smart and figured out a legal loop hole to keep us working if we go into shutdown so we won't lose our jobs. So this is a very stable job and it would be fine if either they paid a bit more or if my landlord wasn't a twat. The color system is what we go by for how much danger we in. Based on what it is says how restricted you might be.

Only fans is over saturated so unless you have a hell of a pitch ain't many going to buy.
