Is it normal to really enjoy and feel compelled to pop pimples and blackheads on my boyfriends body? It becomes almost an obsession at times
What's with this site, it's full of a bunch of people who want to pop zits. Bleh, that's disgusting.
OMG I am the SAME way. I love love love popping zits and blackheads Especially on my husband!~!
I vote normal. I live in Costa Rica and I see couples popping each others pimples all the time. In public no less!!

Anyway yeah, I get the urge. There's a guy I work with who has pimples around his mouth and crap collecting at the corners of his lips and I just want to scrub his face with a brillo pad. How hard can it be to take care of yourself?
Normal. Unless you get sexual excitement from doing so, that's in no sense normal.
I have this same problem. My fiance doesn't get acne very often, but when he does, I feel like I HAVE to do it. In my mind, I'm helping him.

It's normal. My brother has severe acne and I always have the urge to pop his zits. Too bad he won't let me.
well its a damm hard problem to fix yes you want to squeeze the pimple or want to see the yellow pus maybe you like germs too,now i know someone was total moron who wanted to squeeze her husbands pimples his early 40s have some sort of genite snydrome he had one his back and she wanted to squeeze it but the husband said it large one and very bloody but she took no notice and squeeze anyway he said wow that was felt great but when he turn around the pimple had spray all over the wifes face.bloody yellow pus everywhere and on her favoite white shirt since then she is not to keen on squeezing his pimples andI do not know why either????

I understand where you are coming from. Since I'm a little squeamish to the ones that look like little snowmen, you know the ones, they kind of look like they are stacked on top of eachother. But if they're not crazy big then I get the urge to pop them on people I know too. I think it's got something to do with extracting the gross stuff from their skin and watching it burst through the zit.
Don't feel bad, one of my friends loves to watch people bust cysts. They're like these giant puss filled boils on a person's skin that if they are popped with a needle will actually string out blood and gross fluids.
