Urge to kill in fights

It's good that you're aware of what's going on. It might be worth talking to a professional to get some insight onto why you feel this strongly. Fighting for your life is one matter; being annoyed at someone then having it ramp up to wanting to kill them is dangerous. Best to you.

Right! If you are absolutely not joking: Go and see a professional! And I don't mean that you should maybe go and see a professional, I'm saying you should REALLY go and see a professional.
This might be due to some "wire crossing" in the nerve system, sending wrong signals to the brain, something more serious.
It would be foolhardy to actually not go and see a doctor, dangerous for you and others.
Please do not listen to those "proud warrior" idiots who tell you that a killing instinct is something good!

I would suggest setting down in a nice peaceful forest clearing somewhere, preferably around a waterfall, with absolutely NO DISTRACTIONS. don't even take an ID with you, let alone your wallet. Go into deep thought near some White Noise (waterfall). That being said, it is most likely an instinctual need to survive brought on by even the slightest dose of adrenaline, someone you were In a past life probably had to fight to survive, and earned themselves a better next life in your shoes.

I do the samething, always been that way. Always been normal to me to kinda get down that way. I take someone that wants to have a conflict with me to the limit. Being a boxer/coach I instruct not to meet them on the nose but push it thru the back of their damn head when you throw that punch!

My brother is the same way. Berserkergang I think they call it. It's where you fight until you are stopped. I personally dont think its normal, so see a phsyciatrist. Lots of luck my friend.
