I have known people in their thirties that could easily be mistaken for 50 year olds and I have met 60 year olds that I believed to be in their 20s-30s.
Aging is based off of a MULTITUDE of factors such as the obvious, genetics, weight, health, to the less obvious, outlook on life, social support, income level and general attitude (do you live a life full of "drama" or do you have good relationships?).
But if I were to get really general here, I'd say maybe '60s for both. I know some people lose their luster at 40-50, but young and attractive don't HAVE to go hand in hand in my opinion...
Yeah, but plastic surgery doesn't work for everyone =/ I work in a very wealthy part of the county and a lot of these women look like overly stitched zombies.
Yeah, I have a 50 year uncle who looks like he can be in hid early-mid-twenties. But his wife is 47 and looks like she could be 60 o.o Two different people. In my experience, though, Asians age pretty well o.o

And allergies. No matter how much sleep I get, I still have dark circles around my eyes. The factors are unnumerable.

He gets it done lightly, you can tell from the skin on the face being so tight. Lol ive seen women go crazy overboard with it and yeah not pretty.
Looked thru this post cuz I'm over 30. You've met 60 yr olds that looked 30? Come on, that's hard to believe even if they're aging gracefully.
Very well put. Throw in the fact that "attractive" is subjective...
It really depends on a huge number of things. I know a 50 year old Asian woman who looks like a hot 28 year old :P
