Yes; at one attraction in Paris, there was a room with sinks (for both m and f) on the left side and 6 urinals on the right side. Anyone using the sinks could easily see the men at the urinals.
Small cafes and restaurants will often have a single room with one stall, one urinal, and one sink. The urinal is typically placed between the stall and the sink. This scenario can seem a little bit awkward when women / girls are using the sink while I'm standing next to them peeing in the urinal. I reminded myself a few times that it's the norm here and just do it.

Yes in this 1 anyway urinals but both male and female use the cubicles
