For context, I already had an underwear fetish, specifically for panties (I'm bi, but men's underwear doesn't do it for me quite as much. Men in panties are great though!), and recently my fetish has developed a little.

So my recent fantasies are thus: I want a girl or guy to tie me up and force feed me their used panties without my consent. A big part of the fantasy is choking on the panties and almost dying. Sometimes I also have this fantasy with socks. Can anyone relate?

    Some fantasies should just be kept in your head. I understand the fetish of someone tying you up and doing something sexual to you against your will, that's a normal urge to lose control but still get pleasure. However the underwear thing is first of all unhygienic, second dangerous and third weird. You would have to attract the serial killer types to actually agree to give you your desire.

    Only the bit about men in panties. My husband always wears panties, I threw out all his male underwear years ago.
