  • Sounds like a Purely Obsessional OCD. Look it up. Some people have involuntary thoughts of hurting others, while some have involuntary thoughts of blasphemy or what not. Best coarse of action is to accept the thoughts and then just let them go. You'll become desensitized to those thoughts and they wont have any affect on you anymore. The more you try to resist them, however, the more you will have them. Thoughts are just that. Thoughts. Not the same as intentions.
