when i was something around 12-13 i got a pretty bad rash, eventually it went away and now there's this line thing that goes up my cock.     It's called a Perineal raphe

    Its normal to have that seem between the anus and the bottom of the scrotum, but not up the penis. Its a seam that is formed as the skin is developed as a fetus, much like the dip in the middle of the lip (which some people have more than others), there is some scientific term for it but I don't know it, and its not a big deal, but it should not extend up the penis.

    I also am a guy, with that weird line,,sort of like a scar,,running all the way to my cock head. When it is very hard, it makes a ridge. I doubt it has anything to do with circumscision, because I am not. The women do not seem to notice, no matter where their head is. I have had no comments about it.
