  • If you really don't want to try therapy, then I guess you're going to have to fix yourself. I guess my recommendation would be to start small and try to keep upping the amount you are expressing. Perhaps if would help to communicate in different ways (i.e. doing it via email). Or start a blog and gradually make people aware of it. I think you should still do as much as you can in person, though.
